We will be distributing Chromebooks to your student on Monday, September 9th. Students will need to have the following filled out and signed by parent/guardian and student in order to receive a Chromebook:
1. 2019-20 MSD Insurance for Chromebooks Sign Up form
2. MSD 1:1 Technology Responsible Use and Safety Agreement form
