Register For Sports Through FinalForms
We are very excited to announce that the Marysville School District Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
Parents and guardians will be able to review the data at any time to verify it is current and are required to sign the online forms once per year and after any update.
IMPORTANT: Parents and guardians should have received an account confirmation email from FinalForms. When you receive the email, please click the link and follow the steps to login and access your child(ren). You only need to do this if your child(ren) plans on participating in a sport. If you have not received an account confirmation email please contact liz_doyle@msd25.org or call her at (360)965-0111 because that means we don’t have an email listed in your child's Skyward account. An email is required before you can register.
Once you receive the email from FinalForms, click on the Parent Playbook to get started. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Use Support”.

The WIAA plan for sports is as follows. Due to Covid 19 these dates and seasons could possibly change so keep checking back.
WIAA Fall Sports High School Practices are scheduled to start on February 22, 2021 for the following sports

The proposed date for Middle School Sports to start is still under discussion.
Please continue to fill out all the registration forms and have your students sign their part of the forms so they will be ready to play and your student won't miss out on any of the practices when we are able to start.
